After 10 years in the music industry as a Guitar Technician working for Sound Technology Ltd, Chris Andrews has been fully trained in the USA at the Taylor Guitars factory in California by some of their top repairmen. This has made him a qualified Taylor technician able to repair and fit Taylor ES systems and work on Taylor NT necks.

From all this CA Guitarworks was set up.

As well as being authorised by many more brands, Chris and the team are one of the only repair centres in the UK for Lowden Guitars.
They are also able to set up and repair Parker Guitars and are trained Fishman pickup installers.

Over the years they have set up and repaired guitars for many bands and artists such as Elliot Minor and Pete Smith.
They have worked with companies and music shops within the UK such as Atlas Guitars, Headline Music, Gj's Guitar Emporium and Machinehead Music.

With a fully equiped spray booth they can offer all types of refinishing work from the traditional cellulose finishes to the modern day 2-pack gloss clear coat.
Other options are wax, oil and satin finishes plus an array of colours and special effects paints.
All paints and lacquers are of the very best in quality and standard.
